You are free to stay discreet or personalize your profile to include your likes and dislikes and more info about you - the choice is yours, but whatever you decide, we never reveal your last name or actual location to any other member of Luxxdate.

OUR RULES

1. Registration

Please make sure you enter your correct gender (male or female) and email address during registration. Your profile will be rejected if you enter incorrect or misleading information.

2. Photos

Please upload a minimum of 3 different photos, that clearly display your face.
If you don’t, your profile will be rejected. We do not accept photos, that:

- are fake or do not belong to the uploader;
- display only objects, animals, nature etc;
- display guns or violence;
- display people under the age of 18 years;
- are of poor quality;
- are upside down or rotated;
- are heavily filtered (e.g., Snapchat animal filters etc);
- display contact information (e.g., phone numbers);
- are duplicates (used also in another account).

3. Nudity and pornographic material

Zero tolerance for overtly sexual content, profanity or pornographic material – it is not allowed anywhere in the Luxxdate app. Modest/artistic nudity is allowed only in private albums. If you fail to comply, your profile will be banned for life without any prior warning.

4. Sexual and escort services

We do not allow promotion of services intended to be sexually gratifying or content, that appears to promote a sexual act in exchange for compensation. If you fail to comply, your profile will be banned for life without any prior warning.

5. Behaviour

Zero tolerance towards harassment, spam and hate speech. If you’re looking to shock, harass and/or offend people, Luxxdate isn’t the app for you. If you fail to comply, your profile will be banned for life without any prior warning.

Subscriptions:

Payment will be charged via Google Play Store account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account settings after purchase.
